any logs with more information about the problem...
I have not tested it on windows but in my opinion it should work because
it uses jenkins internal cron jobs.

Could you please send me your thinbackup.xml and information about your
environment (system, version of jenkins and thinbackup), and if you
upgrade your jenkins or you startup from scratch.
what the error message says, is that thinbackup.
