The promotion level "ANY" is only supported in the "poll self" mode.
So from reading the error message it looks like you are using promotion
level "ANY" in either "poll child" og "poll sibling" mode ...Is that the
case?

When I kick off a build with a new baseline it works however when I try
then and kick off another build of the same baseline with different
parameters I get:
