Sounds like it may be stuck in government_emulation mode. Can you try
rebooting into another country? :)

rights quite regularly. has someone faced this problem as well?
it's like that: at some point suddenly people come up to my desk and tell
me that they can't run/edit/delete/whatever their assigned jobs anymore.
