The URL is bad.
The URL is needed to looks like:
http://download.oracle.com/otn-pub/java/jdk/6u31-b05/jdk-6u31-linux-x64.bin
In the mentioned case:
http://download.oracle.com/otn-pub/java/jdk/6u30-b12/jdk-6u30-linux-x64.bin
The mistake: otn-pub instead of otn.
You should file an issue.
