Have you tried to raise a Jira ticket and linked to that particular plugin?
I'm not sure if contacting the developer might be the right approach as
those questions/answers might be hidden from others, so if you open a Jira
ticket then it will be easy to track it and the owner of that plugin migh

server? How can we contact the developer? The email address on the plugin
page doesn't work.
