functionality was moved out to a new plugin

It pointed me in the right direction
After some more research I found the Parameterized Trigger Plugin which
allows to trigger a follow up build based on different conditions

I can enter the target as additional parameter for xcodebuild and it will
do it as last step, but it will run build and then clean
