This was a long time ago. Hope you solved it. I had the same problem today
and it was because I hadn't given my master node any label. I gave it the
temporary label 'null' and then the job started again after a little while.

I'm attempting to connect a Trac server with a newly installed Jenkins
server. The basic plugin that adds links back the Trac server was a breeze
to set up, but the Trac publisher plugin, which puts comments into Trac
tickets related to a build just won't play along.
