Surely others are using the CodeDeploy plugin behind a corporate proxy
server? How can we contact the developer? The email address on the plugin
page doesn't work.

This works great now thanks! Our version of Jenkins is 1.642 so is affected
by the new security features which did indeed break Cucumber Reports.
