Using Jenkins already assigned class names to change its view

Hi Team, I am using Simple theme Plugin available for jenkins to change its layout style. I wanted to know if its good to change the layout in that way, or is there any other way? Also if anyone can confirm that jenkins webpage class names stays the same or can change overtime? Thanks Sarth
