i want to know the process how to create a jira tickets if any error occurs
while building a project .
im using msbuild plugin to build the project.
if any error occurs while building that errors should create as a tickets
in jira.

This seems to be an issue affecting us regularly . I have opened a
request https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-23250 but if any one
has any solution we can implement, please let me know.
