attempted retry of a job fails. In other words, I don't want them getting
email for all the failures; just if they *all* fail. Is there a way to do that
with the email-ext plugin and naginator?

Suppose we have projects that run hourly in Jenkins running on a VM, and the VM
is suspended for 2 days. What will be the job schedule after the VM is
resumed? Will only one job run per project? I'm assuming we won't get 24 x 2
jobs stacking up in the queue, since that doesn't seem to be the
