change details. Change details are not always available as it depends on
pulling in a Git commit to obtain and sometimes (for instance rebuilding)

We are utilizing a newer plugin Bitbucket Server Integration (

After much searching a couple of months ago it was determined this was a
flaw in the Git for Windows version being utilized. Updating the Git for
Windows resolved the problems in case anyone runs into these issues in the
future.
