A little more looking and I find that it has to do with not running a
'secure' Jenkins setup.

I keep seeing this in many reference articles on triggering builds. "Under
the Build Triggers section, check Trigger builds remotely", however it has
apparently been moved somewhere else and I can't find any references to
where that is. Can someone please point me in the right direction?
