I had fine running Jenkins service on Ubuntu 20.04. But I made one Global
Security change namely - Security Realm - Jenkins’ own user database
switched to none. Now I am not able to open Jenkins. In attachment is the
screenshot of that settings. Error log contains this:

The code[1] definitly does not impose a limit. Does your mailserver impose
a limit on the number of recipients in a single mail? Is a mailing list
involved, e.g mailmain often imposes a limit on the number of
recipients...?
Crank up logging and check the logs for reported errors.
