Hello Jenkins community,
I have setup Jenkins agents over SSH and this agent frequently goes offline
with Resource temporarily unavailable error. I had to configure my Jenkins
agents to communicate over JNLP. Any advise on how to fix this issue?

Can anyone provide advice on how I can troubleshoot this issue further? I'm
not able to log into JIRA so I'm not able to create an issue and
communicate there.
I'm willing to dive deeper into the issue but am unsure how/where to start.
