File upload fails on alternate builds

Hi Team, We are executing a scenario which requires a file to be uploaded from a specified relative path in the workspace. Jenkins identifies and is able to pick the file successfully, but it fails in doing so on each alternate builds. Any siggestion or solution will be of great help. Thanks & R
