Our jenkins has hundreds of jobs and views and I'm attempting to fix

I'm found the Nested Views and Cloudbees Folders plugins. However, once I
put jobs and views within them, they no longer show up as results in the
Jenkins search

i'd like to migrate our Jenkins from Windows Server 2012 R2 to Ubuntu Linux.
But i'd like to have my Windows-Jenkins Job History on the Linux Jenkins.
So i copied the jobs folders from Windows to Linux and restartet Jenkins on
Linux hoping my Jobs will be available - but i don't see any of
