Hi rginga,
thanks for your answer.
However, playing with build parameters, I didn't successfully differenti
Hi all,
I have a Jenkins instance dedicated to PHP CI.
I run it on Linux (Debian 7) and I launch jenkins.war in a screen, as
user "integration", from its HOME (/home/integration).
Then, in /home/integration/ appears a folder /home/integration/.pdepend
which grows fast on our use case.

Hi we are using the swarm plugin to connect slave nodes from the cloud over
vpn to our master Jenkins server. We've noticed that occasionally the VPN
connection is temporarily interrupted, which causes the TCP connection from
the slave to the master to fail, and kills any running build(s). Thi
Hello,
I'm running into a problem with the Copy Artifact Plugin in conjunction
with a Maven job. I can add a pre and post build "Copy artifacts from
another project" step to the Maven job, but in both cases the Project name
is not preserved after saving the job. Looking at the jobs config.xml,
Would love to get some insight into this temporary file that Jenkins
creates. Anybody care to respond? Thanks!

Hi,
There are three things happening here, which seem "spooky".
The first issue: when saving the "Configure" page of a job, I've gotten into
the habit of copying any "Description" I had changed, and pasting it into a
draft email. Then I save, and click "Configure" again, and see that each

I'm using the CIFS Publisher plugin to copy artifacts. It's working great.
However, I'd like to be able to add in my email notification where the
artifacts were copied to. In short, I need to enumerate the Remote
Directory value of each transfer set. Is there a property that I can use? I
can't

Hi everybody,
I wonder if there is a way to set parameters (a kind of dynamic ones)
if a user asked for a build (by clicking on the button).
I want to add some maven options in that case,
but I don't want to change my settings on scheduled/nightly builds.
Thanks for any help,
Nicolas.

We found the problem. The Maven plugin was deaktivated and then Jenkins
does not create the file which it needs to create the history. There is
already a Issue on JIRA about that.
