Are we sure that this is a defect? To me it looks like a configuration issue only. The problem is that teh project is multi-module. The main project has the count for all the warnings totalled for its submodule projects. But Jenkins Aggregate count shows the count of all modules i..e Main Project +

We use Jenkins Job Builder for job configuration. This allows anyone to make changes to the job config, let the config live with the source code, and still have it under SCM. We have the yaml in a folder in the source called jenkins, so I then have a job monitor that folder and run Jenkins Job
