Last week I submitted a bug report [1] entitled "document.cloneNode() copies identifiers map but fails to apply IDness to relevant attribute nodes".  I even provided a patch for it, but I've gotten no takers so far. Can someone review the patch please?  I'd like to see it get into the next r
