I found the solution, when doing the git clone for tiny cbor library, use
this command instead of the original one:
git clone https://github.com/01org/tinycbor.git extlibs/tinycbor/tinycbor
-b v0.2.1
at least it works on my side.

it uses the Linux Foundation authentication system - use your LF credentials
