There is some documentation here:

Also, please note that iotivity.jar does not contain the native shared
libraries.
So you should ste LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the location of the shared libraries
in the build, in order to run Java code.

I am trying to compile the Iotivity for Esp8266 on an Ubuntu 12.04 32 bit
