issue is caused by the recent regression in shut down sequence, which Dan just
merged: Change subject: [IOT-2110] Modify CATerminateMessag

The bulk of the documentation for enabling and configuring security is still
roughly correct from IoTivity 1.2, but there are also a lot of minor updates
and corrections needed to these pages:

It looks like I solved one of these problems. But I can't seem to get my
changes to run.bat to verify.
