My understanding is * The resource/csdk/connectivity files are not supposed to be public, it's an internal layer * Any files in an /internal subdir are certainly not supposed to be public * Some of the headers under resource/csdk/security/provisioning are supposed to be public so they can be used

I am seeing the same issue. From everything that I know about doxygen the documentation should be produced for the functions as long as the @file annotation is found in the file. Or, the EXTRACT_ALL tag is set to yes. The files do have that annotation and the tag is set to yes. I don't know why
