Ondrej updated on the 31st (yesterday). The official Ubuntu one (in 18.04 at
least) updated on 30th.
Both do update pretty quickly usually.

The PHP development team announces the immediate availability of PHP
7.2.19. This is a security release which also contains several minor bug
fixes.
All PHP 7.2 users are encouraged to upgrade to this version.
