The pecl-dev mailing list is more appropriate to discuss pecl's pkg
issues, features or anything else related to them. There is also a bug
tracker where you can report issues (but not attach patches, sadly for
now, so use your own place to store them).

I ran into some issues with SSL and Oauth signatures, particularly
with non-standard ports. I made some changes in the oauth module source
to solve the issues, is this list an appropriate place to post the patch
or where should I send it so I don't have to do this again on newer
versions.
