Could someone explain what the purpose is of 'User Contributed Notes".
I noticed some notes as part of snmpget.php which are not notes,
but questions for help.

Not sure what to do with them, and if I can delete the questions??

After the last confusion I had with PHP and which branches, I
am am confused again. But correct my if I am wrong, but now I have to
use "cvs co php-src" in order to get the main branch, right??
This I need to use for development, right??
If so, it looks to me there are missing patches/updates.
