Hey,
Today when looking at the list of bugs the date column is the date when
the bug was opened. It'd be nice if we could have another column "Last
updated" so that we don't have to look into the bug to see if it's been
lingering. Am I missing something? If not, how about we add that?

Attached is second version of the patch implementing the security model
below. The difference to previous version is that the optional argument
for stream_wrapper_register is now an integer flag, which allows to
extend it in the future.
