Check Xorg.0.log for X11 version (and also xserver, xf86-video-intel version).
Run glxinfo to get OpenGL and Mesa version, and hw acceleration, and extension
list.
I don't think the driver supports Open GL VG.
EXA has been obsolete, and not supported in current driver.
