Some update related to this warning.
Ironlake_crtc_dpms() will enable/disable crtc which pipe was enabled/disabled
there.
Ironlake_crtc_dpms(DRM_MODE_DPMS_OFF) was called before the warning and crtc
was disabled, that causes intel_wait_for_vblank() timeout and some assertions.

disable transcoder.
