We are looking at accelerating video operations using
vaapi/intel-driver. When using Ivy bridge we believe that the GPU is
(almost always) not turboing even when 100% busy doing vaapi video
things (e.g. image scaling on EUs or bitstream decode). To determined
this we use cat /sys/kernel/d
I'm using an ASUS Eeebox B202 so I don't have the option of adding a
different video card. I'm not quite sure what you mean by modifying
hardware but replacing the B202 defeats the purpose of trying to use it
in the first place. Are you suggesting I avoid Intel graphics cards for

This is unfortunately not always the case. For example, on
