I was able to subscribe to ding by sending an email to majord...@lists.math.uh.edu with body "subscribe ding".

Melpa certificates

Hi, I am oftent plagued by worrying messages about Melpa and Elpa certificate signatures having changed. I assume that this is because Emacs in Windows has a copy of the SSL libraries where the certificates are never updated. Can this be fixed somehow if one has a copy of MSYS2 that is periodical
