I can just say, that I have strange behaviour in 2.3 about quota. Does it
come from our migration, I can't say.
Sometimes people have very smal quota, sometimes 4000% overquota.
Each time, reconstruct + quota -f and once delete indexes as neither
reconstruct nor quota -f solved the problem.

of our users' actual usage. This seems to be reported several times on
various places on the web. Running quota -f a second time seems to
correct
