Cyrus imap 2.0.15 and SASL 1.5.24 compile fine on RedHat 7.1 using
SleepyCat 3.3.11
I can also telnet to port 143 and sending mail using deliver works as well.
/usr/cyrus/bin/deliver -a boutilpj -m -- boutilpj I haven't tested it. I scanned the release notes quickly and it

I ask because I would like to maintain one DB and need to begin looking at
SleepyCat 3.3.x
In an effort to try to speed along our conversion process I've been
testing out running many simultaneous scripts for creating mailboxes and
doing reconstructs on mail folders. So far I'm up to about 100
simultaneous scripts (logins) either doing IMAP mailbox creations or
running reconstruct.

Could you please try turning off the DeliveryMode=q
in sendmail for some time, so we could see if the diff
has

Hi,
we will try to apply the patch to our server in one -
two days time. This will provide some reall life

trying to do some measurements. It's quite hard to get conclusive
evidence to prove its faster or not. But most tests do show an increase

Currently, yes, Berkeley DB is required for Cyrus IMAP 2.x.
MySQL wouldn't be sufficient for what Cyrus uses Berkeley DB for, as we
need a reliable, transactional database. (The new MySQL transactions use
Berkeley DB underneath, anyway, so using MySQL probably wouldn't be much of
a win.)
