In the setup that we are running, we have multiple servers on the West and
East coast in the USA. They contain about several hundred accounts (200GB of
active data) and critical to our 24x7 operations. I wrote a couple start-up
scripts to handle the process so that if sync hangs, crash
Disagree. I am replicating one server to two and have been doing it for quite
a while with cyrus 2.3.

Look at the postfix config (main.cf). The value to look at is
"message_size_limit". Had the same problem long time ago.
Mine is set to "message_size_limit = 51200" Which is email size of 512MB
(folks here use email like ftp .)

Hello Everyone,
Could someone please post their version of the cyrus sync startup script used
by linux o/s. I want to separate out the sync startup stuff from the main
cyrus imap startup since we are having problems keeping sync running. I am
open to suggestions.
