./configure reported that it found pcre headers:
checking pcreposix.h usability... yes
checking pcreposix.h presence... yes
checking for pcreposix.h... yes
checking for utf8 enabled pcre... yes
and sievec and other binaries are linked with libpcre.
Any ideas?
