I have deleted users from yast, didnt delete them from cyradm because in
SLES9 you can't log in to cyradm, when you try to log in it gives
segmentation fault. I think you ment to delete from cyradm which I can't do
without logging in. Do have any idea how to log in cyradmin in this case?

What happens when you try to delete a_akpinar again? You will probably
get the same I/O errors in which case just touch the needed

I am trying to use linux quota command but I don't have a command like
"cyrquota". And could you understand the cause of the problems? Am I right
thinking about a corruption in quota?

some problems. For example when a user tries to purge deleted mails, outlook
says 'The folder Inbox cannot be selected. This may be because of a limitation
of your IMAP server or the folder may have been deleted
I would agree, if only I could find a stable and standard open source server,
really functional.
