I'm seeing the same problem with trying to
use SMTP AUTH for postfix with a converted
/etc/sasldb -> /etc/sasldb2 file.
any clues?

I am using the autocreateinbox patches from UofA and I am wondering
if there is a way to auto create a welcome message in the Inbox that is
autocreated? Has anyone whipped up something to do this?
