Hi,
I need more help.
My problem is: could not get either installsieve or sieveshell work!
I have tried both cyrus-imapd 2.0.7 and 2.0.12 with postfix on redhat 7.0.
Here is what I got:
[xing@eyre rpm_build]$ sieveshell 127.0.0.1
connecting to 127.0.0.1
connect: Connection refused
unable to c
Is this possible? Would I have to configure xinetd with --with-libwrap so
the lmtp can use tcp_wrappers?
Thanks,

Hi,
thanks a lot for the hints, I moved two directories from
/usr/local/lib/site_perl to /usr/lib/perl5... now it works, but I have the
next problem:
imtest says:
cyrus@ridcully:~ > imtest -m login -p imap localhost
C: C01 CAPABILITY
failure: prot layer failure
The log says then:
Mar 10 00:15
Look again at the information: cyradm is looking in under /usr/lib, you are
reporting the file as being in /usr/local/lib. This is a problem with RedHat
installations because RedHat has perl in a different location than expected.
You *should* be able to install with an option to set the correct
Hi all,
I get an error whenever I start cyradm:

HI
I am using cyrus 2.0.11 - Berkeley DB 3.2
Cyrus core dumps in several ways, here is the simplist.
Shutdown calls exit() in imapd.c as a result of processing
a LOGOUT imap4 command.
Any help would be appreciated.

Make a search on google ->
http://alan.dhs.org/websieve/
in fact it seem to be down.
I'll put the files on anonymous ftp. have a look to
ftp://ftp.lecentre.net/pub/websieve
Cheers,
ps : I noticed that websieve had a problem with the latest perlsieve (4.7)
use 4.6 instead.

We are currently testing Cyrus 2.0.12. When delivering mail at a fairly high
rate (1 msg/sec, each with 17 recipients, all recipients beginning with "m")
we see the following message in the imapd log every few seconds:

/var/imap/delive
My "wonderful" service with @Home is down since yesterday. It should
hopefully be up later today...
What part of it do you need?

Hello,
I get the error "IOERROR: mapping index file for user.XXX: Not enough space"
when a client selects a mailbox. I've traced the process and it seems to be
a HPUX mmap problem when the imapd mmap's twice the index file of the
mailbox. How can I fix or workaround this problem

Hi,
The sieve-implementation of cyrus-imapd cannot parse a sequence like this
one :

The problem is the escaped backslash at the end of the string. If I put a
space between the la

None of the URLs I've been able to find for websieve works, and I can't
find a copy of it anywhere. Does anyone have a copy saved that they'd be
willing to forward, or is anyone able to point me at a working site where
I might find it?
Thanks
