I think for some of our user it's a bit confusing to have both
encryption options in the new mail window: encrypt and encrypt with
passphrase.
Sometimes people don't know the difference and they choose encrypt
with passphrase (symmetric) even if they have a private/public keypair.

I'm using Horde with IMP 6.1.7 from Debian testing.
In smartphone view I can't add an attachment to new messages because
the javascript popup window "attachments" doesn't show up.
PHP-File upload is set to "on" and it works in the other view modes.
Any hints to solve this?

Strange thing: Using horde.org's demo installation it works with my
different browsers and devices.
So I thing I have to search for the problem in my Horde installation.
