Sorry, replying from Nine and then forwarding with text from Imp has thrown the to-post / bottom-post all over the place.  I'm going to keep going at the top here to avoid any further confusion. It's starting and completing the "get message to reply" routine, see example between lines below,

In a previous installation I had under general personal settings the full name and the primary mail address. Under webmail personal settings there should be a field with the mail address associated with the identity (like the optional "answer to" field. They are missing. So, the consequence is:
