The reason you didn't find it in the FAQ anymore, and had to go back to
2005 (I'm surprised it is that recent) is that the settings you reference
are the default settings in Apache, and

I seem to recall having a similar problem. Our solution was in the
apache configuration; we had to tweak the KeepAliveTimeout,
MaxSpareServers, MinSpareServers, and our prefork settings. Assuming

I wonder if someone can help. I have set up Webmail Groupwise Edition
and I am consistently getting the 'page cannot be displayed' problem.
