Directly edit the PHP template/code that displays this string

Hello,
I've recently installed horde-webmail-1.1.1.
The default upload size in php.ini was 2MB.
Some users required a larger upload size, so I changed php.ini
to the following values:
memory_limit = 64M
post_max_size = 16M
upload_max_filesize = 16M
I restartet httpd, but test.php still shows

Perhaps a silly question, but did you restart apache once you made
these changes? I think you've covered all the places where you need
to make changes but if you haven't restarted the server the settings
won't take effect.

There is also a php.ini config entry for the maximum memory a script is
allowed to consume.
Forgot the name but check that too.

Yes, see my previous mail for what I did check:
upload_max_filesize 20M 20M

Have you checked upload_max_filesize, in your php.ini?
Good luck,
