i've seen this as well and have confirmed that it is either a firefox
or a prototypejs bug.

When you have in DIMP the following folder setup:
folder-1
|-Subfolder-1-1
folder-2
|-Subfolder-2-1
|-Subfolder-2-2
I have seen that it's not possible to move the subfolders to the
"mainfolder" so you get this:
folder-1
folder-2
folder-3 (was 2-1 before)
folder-4 (was 2-2 before)
