with composer indicates that it is usually best to add the tag -W (or
--with-all-dependencies) at the end of the horde update command, and I
find it is much better to actually modify the composer.json file with

Thanks for the reply. We "solved" this issue by upgradeing stretch
to Buster and getting the newer Horde 5.2.20 (instead of the older
5.2.17 that stretch packages). Additionally, php-http is no longer
needed in Buster. It works fine with 7.2. Will test with 7.3. Thanks.

I have an IDN with the character î in it, and cannot get a user
connected through to mail (imp). I have tried using bothe the IDn and
the punycode (xn-- ...) when adding a user in the horde master config.
This IDN is running horde as a vhost.
