I am running Imp H3 (4.1.5). Everytime i try and go into options it
just results in a blank page (no error messages) in the apache logs

Hi,
This is Imp H3 (4.1.5). I have not used this function in the folder
navigator for a long time - so it is difficult to pinpont what caused
this problem.
I have tried imp-h3-4.2-rc1 but reverted back as it still had the same
issue.

if i select a folder and choose check folder(s) for new mail I get the
following javascript errors and nothing happens. This used to work on my
system but now it seems to be broken. I am using firefox - but I get
similar errors in IE.
