Are you using Dovecot as imap server? Might be the index file(s) get
corrupted.

hunch, I checked
/var/log/messages and found that SELinux was preventing httpd from making
network connections. Running:
setsebool -P httpd_can_network_connect=1
seemed to clear it up for me. I hope this helps for you!

Horde(ver 3.1.4) config keeps saying "There was an error in the
configuration form. Perhaps you left out a required field.". What could
