When you perform a search in DIMP, there's a UI element labeled "Folders:".. but it only seems to display the folder you're currently viewing. It looks kind of like Apple's Mail.app search UI, but Mail.app lets you choose "All Mailboxes" or "/current folder/" (eg "Inbox"). Does / Should
