[imp] folders not appearing?

I have a remote user that has hundreds of folders. These folders are not displayed on the main screen inside Imp. The folders are there. I can see the folders in the raw filesystem and the user can see the folders in Microsoft Outlook. I asked my user to try and subscribe to a few of the folders i
