On some mailbox the quota value is not true.
For ex. :
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
qmailadmin : 0.07 / 100.00
imp : Situazione Quota: 64,55MB / 100,00MB (64,55%)
"du" of maildir : less than 200k
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
qmailadmin : 48.

Don't know if this is the same situation you've got going on but I've
noticed the attachment options disappear when the directory or VFS
for attachment uploads is unwritable and/or unavailable.
